the location was indeed central. i could quickly walk to many sites (i think i walked everywhere!). the hotel staff were helpful and kind.
the room felt a bit too warm (even in the evening). i mentioned it, but it seemed like the heating system wasn't easily adjustable. i found the bed a bit too firm for my liking.

the air CONDITIONING worked Well, a necessary feature given the climate.
I had a few concerns . the bathroom lacked adequate lighting near the sink. It was quite dark. getting to my room on the third floor involved navigating what was like two combined buildings, confusing at first. i wish there was better signage.

the hotel location was great i could easily walk to the duomo it took me about 10 minutes the staff were also very helpful they assisted me with directions and recommendations for local restaurants the room had prosecco cookies and sodas that was a nice touch
the room was a bit small it was hard to move around with my luggage the balcony didn't have a very interesting view i couldn't really see anything the cleaning lady was a bit rude

The room I got was smaller than I expected. The pictures online showed a larger space. I felt a bit misled. The street outside was noisy at night. It was hard to sleep well with people shouting till late. This affected my rest.

The location was indeed central. I walked to many attractions. I found a comfortable lounge area available before my room was ready. It featured internet access. The staff was helpful with directions. They helped me a lot.
My room faced an internal courtyard, and there was some unpleasant odor that sometimes made it into the room.

The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of items, including fresh pastries and fruits, all of excellent quality, and the barista crafted cappuccinos every morning. It was a sweet touch. I found the service to be attentive.

The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. They made check-in and check-out smooth. Concierge services were readily available. I received excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Every request was handled promptly.

My city view room was modern, very clean, and well-kept. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower had good water pressure. It had all amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable enough for a good sleep.
